Mr. Sakoian concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law and dispute resolution. He has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals in and out of litigation. Mr. Sakoian has counseled clients in matters related to construction defects, delay claims, differing site conditions, payment disputes, mechanics’ liens, bond claims, contract drafting and negotiation.
